These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Around Town Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas-based provider of residential and commercial cleaning services. By accessing our website, booking services, or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide professional cleaning services, including standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, office cleaning, and add-ons like window or carpet care. Services are performed by trained, insured professionals using eco-friendly products.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon payment or deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Free with 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours: 50% fee. Less than 24 hours: full charge.
We may adjust arrival times due to prior jobs and will notify you promptly.
3. Pricing & Payment
Upfront, transparent pricing includes labor, supplies, and travel within our Texas service area.
Payment via credit card, ACH, or digital wallet at booking or completion.
We use Stripe for secure processing (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store full card details.
Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe access (keys, codes, or on-site presence).
Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.
Disclose hazards (e.g., mold, pests, structural issues).
Provide parking instructions.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Not satisfied? Contact us within 24 hours—we'll re-clean affected areas free within 72 hours, subject to availability.
6. SMS Communications (Full A2P / TCPA / CTIA / 10DLC Compliance)
We may send SMS for:
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service updates
Satisfaction surveys
Promotional offers (only with prior express written consent)
A2P Compliance:
All SMS sent via 10DLC-registered, TCR-approved campaigns.
Transactional SMS (e.g., reminders): Requires prior consent (providing your number at booking).
Marketing SMS: Requires prior express written consent (e.g., “I agree to receive promotional texts from Around Town Cleaning LLC” via digital checkbox + double opt-in confirmation text).
Every message includes:
Sender: Around Town Cleaning
Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe
Help: Reply HELP for assistance
Brief content description
Frequency: Varies (1–3 per booking; max 4/month for promotions).
Standard carrier rates apply.
No SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco).
No autodialers for marketing without written consent.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP → immediate confirmation → no further marketing texts. Transactional messages may continue if necessary.
Re-Opt-In: Text START or contact us.
7. Liability & Insurance
We carry general liability insurance.
Not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or undisclosed conditions.
Liability limited to service cost.
You assume risk for unsecured items.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and branding are owned by Around Town Cleaning LLC and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
9. Termination
We may refuse or terminate service for non-payment, safety concerns, or policy violations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes resolved in Harris County, Texas courts (or your county if applicable).
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes posted on our website with new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
